About the work

Who they are...

The Keshet community works tirelessly to make the impossible possible and to celebrate abilities where others see disabilities. Keshet is a leader in inclusion, and one of the only organizations in the US where children with disabilities can begin programs at age three and continue to receive support through adulthood.

Their Challenge

Over the past decade, Keshet experienced significant growth, including leadership transitions, expanded services for individuals with disabilities, increased annual fundraising, and the development of their first community center. These changes created a need for expert guidance to navigate challenges, build organizational capacity and sustain their momentum.

"Throughout the years, Evolve has been an invaluable partner to our organization. Their expertise in fundraising has significantly enhanced our capacity to serve the community, while their executive search has helped us grow and strengthen our team. They have played a crucial role in our organizational development and empowered our staff through impactful training sessions. With their unwavering commitment to our mission, Evolve has truly become an extension of the Keshet team, and we are incredibly grateful for their support."
