Position Overview: A Consultant at Evolve is an integral member of our consultant team. Serving as the project lead on client projects, Consultants are responsible for strategic oversight, communications, team management and implementation. Consultants possess high level strategic thinking, excellent problem-solving and writing skills and have the capacity to play a leadership role in servicing clients and client projects. Consultants often oversee, lead and manage a team of consultants (including Associate Consultants and/or Senior Associate Consultants) on a project team. The ability to communicate effectively with both internal Evolve Giving Group team members and clients is critical.
The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of professional experience in the nonprofit sector, with a focus on fundraising, operations, board and leadership development, campaign management, events, training/facilitation, executive search and/or strategic planning. Prior supervision and strong people management skills are essential. Prior consulting experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will also have experience working for or with organizations in the Jewish communal space.
This position offers a remote work environment with occasional evening and weekend meetings.
