Resetting the Table (RTT) equips leaders and communities with tools and skills to transform political differences into a source of strengthened relationship, collective insight, and creative problem-solving. RTT has brought together more than 45,000 multi-faith clergy, journalists, bridge-building practitioners, conservative and progressive activists, Hollywood content creators, and Jewish professionals and lay leaders across the country for courageous learning and dialogue across political divides.
Having recently launched its strategic plan, RTT seeks a full-time, visionary, experienced Chief Development Officer (CDO). The CDO will lead and implement the expansion of its development program and team to advance RTT’s mission, impact, and growth. With RTT on track to more than double its operating budget over 4 years from $1.3-$2.9 million, the CDO will work closely with the CEO to build upon the organization’s strong financial footing and base of institutional funders, creating a multi-year fundraising roadmap and culture of philanthropy throughout the organization.
