Tim brings over 14 years of experience in project coordination, operations, and mission-driven work to his role at Evolve. His approach is grounded in a deep commitment to effective altruism and responsible resource stewardship, with a focus on ensuring that every dollar and effort contributes to meaningful, measurable impact.
Before joining Evolve, Tim built a career centered on service, systems improvement, and community engagement. He has worked across sectors with a focus on strengthening operational infrastructure and improving how organizations measure and achieve their goals. With a background that includes nine years in the United States Navy and experience supporting disabled veterans, Tim brings a disciplined, equity-focused lens to his work. His clients often note his passion for the causes he supports, as well as his ability to think critically about systems and drive meaningful improvements that benefit both organizations and the communities they serve.
Outside of his professional work, Tim is deeply engaged in his local community. He volunteers as an intake specialist at Nourishing Hope Food Pantry and is an active leader at Mishkan Chicago, where he facilitates a Torah study group and founded Ometz, a sobriety support group for Jews in recovery. He is also committed to advancing inclusive workplace practices, connecting underrepresented talent to opportunities, and creating intentional spaces where individuals feel seen and supported.
