Tali brings over a decade of fundraising expertise to her clients at Evolve, with a proven track record of driving strategic, donor-centric engagements in fast-paced environments. Her extensive advocacy, donor relations, event planning, and project management experience is highly valued in her work with Jewish communal, educational, faith-based, and health and human service nonprofits. Clients appreciate her keen attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and ability to transform their visions into reality through thoughtful strategy development and execution.

Previously, Tali served as Political Research Assistant, Political Coordinator, Northeast Deputy Political Director, and ultimately, Midwest Deputy Political Director for the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), where she oversaw strategic planning for politics, activism, and engagement across the Midwest. Tali also served as a Goldman Fellow for AJC’s Project Interchange and an Advancement Intern for Hillel International. 

She is deeply involved in her local community, having served on the board of Congregation Or Torah, the PTA at Hillel Torah North Suburban Day School, and as a Commissioner on the Village of Skokie’s Plan Commission. Tali holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park.
