Sue brings nearly 30 years of leadership experience in nonprofit talent development, fundraising, and turnaround management to her clients at Evolve. She specializes in placing leaders in CEO, C-Suite, Development, and Operations positions at Jewish organizations, with deep expertise in JCCs, Jewish Federations, and complex national systems. Clients value her responsiveness, proactive approach, and dedication to exceeding expectations, ensuring an exceptional experience. By combining passion and skill to connect promising leaders with inspirational organizations, Sue excels in cultivating a strong pool of candidates and supporting their success by thoroughly understanding the needs of both candidates and client partners. 

Previously, Sue recruited C-Suite leaders for Jewish Federations and Foundations at DRG Talent Advisory Group. She has held executive management, fundraising, strategic planning, and talent management positions at the JCC of Greater Baltimore, Jewish Federations of North America, and UJA-Federation of New York. 

Sue holds a Master of Science in Social Work from the Columbia School of Social Work, a Master of Arts from the Jewish Theological Seminary of America, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland.
