Sherry is a seasoned talent and HR professional with over 20 years of experience in talent management and executive search. She partners with Evolve’s clients to recruit top professionals for C-suite, executive director, and director level positions in development, finance, marketing, and operations. Her expertise spans from educational nonprofits to national and international health, human service, Jewish communal, and cultural institutions.

Sherry has held leadership roles across the nonprofit and private sectors, including Director of Human Resources for a global consulting firm. She worked as a recruiter for City Colleges of Chicago and Kaplan Higher Education and as an executive recruiter for national top search firms.

An active member of the Chicago community, Sherry plays a leadership role at Temple Sholom of Chicago, a prominent Reform congregation. She is the congregation’s Immediate Past President and continues to serve on its Board of Directors. Sherry holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Indiana University.
