Sherry brings over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, talent management, and HR consulting. Her background encompasses diverse roles, including Director of Human Resources for a global consulting firm, leadership positions in talent acquisition within the nonprofit and private sectors, and work with executive search firms.

As a principal of a boutique search firm, Sherry collaborated with a variety of local and national firms to recruit top talent across various sectors including development, finance, marketing, sales, human resources, and operations. Her clientele spans nonprofit, manufacturing, education, health care and professional services, and she has experience in both start-ups and established firms. Outside of work, Sherry is involved in her community in Chicago's Lakeview neighborhood. She was recently the Immediate Past President at Temple Sholom of Chicago, a notable reform congregation in the city's north side, where she still serves on the Board of Directors.
