Roxanne brings three decades of fundraising, organizational development, and nonprofit leadership experience to her work at Evolve. As a senior consultant, she helps mission-driven organizations strengthen philanthropic strategy, build capacity, and translate shared values into actionable priorities. Known for balancing big-picture vision with mission-focused execution, Roxanne guides leaders and teams toward sustainable growth and impact.
Before joining Evolve, Roxanne held senior roles in the nonprofit and Jewish communal sectors, leading organizational planning initiatives, coaching executive leaders, and partnering with boards and staff to design aligned fundraising strategies. Her work reflects a long-standing passion for community building and values-driven leadership.
Roxanne holds an MA in Social Work from Columbia University, an MA in Jewish Studies from the Jewish Theological Seminary, and a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University. She is a graduate of the Mandel Institute for Nonprofit Leadership’s Executive Leadership Program, a certified financial advisor through 21/64, and a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. Her volunteer leadership includes Peninsula Temple Beth El, Congregation Beth Shalom, the Diller Educator Awards Committee, and Momentum.
