Before joining Evolve, Rebecca held senior fundraising positions at The Associated: Jewish Federation of Baltimore and JUF in Chicago. At The Associated, she managed Women's Philanthropy campaigns and leadership development cohorts, cultivated donor relationships, and helped expand community engagement through affinity groups and curated events. She continued this work at JUF as Senior Manager of Integrated Fundraising, building bridges between community programming and campaign strategy, and deepening engagement within day school and Orthodox communities.
Originally from Sydney, Australia, Rebecca grew up immersed in communal life and continues to volunteer with her local synagogue and school community in Memphis, TN. She completed Harvard Business School Online’s Leadership Principles certificate program and is a graduate of Tara Mohr’s Playing Big Facilitators Training. In 2020, she was named a Friedman Fellow in recognition of her leadership in the Jewish nonprofit field. Rebecca also holds a Bachelor of Design in Fashion and Textiles (First Class Honours) from the University of Technology Sydney.
