Rachel has been helping organizations strengthen their operations and navigate complex challenges for nearly 20 years. She is especially passionate about helping teams find greater alignment and effectiveness, with the goal of leaving clients feeling more self-sufficient and confident in their work.

In her work, Rachel particularly enjoys the diagnostic process—spending time with a client to understand what is happening beneath the surface, identify the underlying factors at play, and determine practical ways to address them. She also brings an impressive track record of supporting major initiatives, having led the Centennial Campaign for the Diocese of Lafayette to surpass its $42.5 million goal and previously worked on a $65 million campaign for the Diocese of Charlotte.

Rachel holds a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management from The New School and remains actively engaged in her professional and local communities. She serves as a Sustaining Member of the Junior League of Houston and is a member of the National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals (NAPO).
