Pat is a seasoned fundraising professional with nearly 30 years of frontline experience in major gifts, capital campaigns, and planned giving. She believes fundraising is about connection—linking donors who want to make a difference with the nonprofit professionals creating meaningful change. At Evolve, she empowers organizations to pursue ambitious fundraising goals, strengthen donor relationships, and build lasting cultures of philanthropy. She supports clients through major gifts and planned giving coaching, board development, capital campaigns, and fundraising assessments. Her client portfolio includes social justice, health, and human service organizations. 

Pat previously served as Vice President of Philanthropy at Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana, Director of Development for Cure Violence, and Development Director for The Women’s Treatment Center. She is a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) and a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice (DEIJ), launching Evolve’s DEIJ initiative and serving as its first committee chair. She also served as Vice President of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access for AFP Chicago, where her leadership and commitment to equity were recognized with AFP Chicago’s 2022 President’s Award.

Pat channels her passion for environmental conservation and outdoor adventure into volunteering for Chicago Adventure Therapy and serves as treasurer on the Board of Directors of the Evanston Environmental Association. She holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University.
