Nora is a dynamic fundraiser and nonprofit leader with nearly 25 years of experience driving transformational giving. She has successfully secured seven- and eight-figure gifts across diverse sectors, helping organizations unlock their full fundraising potential. Passionate about the power of storytelling and strategic communication, Nora excels at aligning executive leaders, board members, philanthropists, and subject matter experts around a shared vision. Her ability to build strong partnerships and inspire bold action allows her clients to reach—and exceed—their goals. Nora leads a team with a portfolio that includes independent schools, health and human service organizations, and faith-based institutions.
Prior experience includes leadership roles as Director of Development at the University of Chicago, Director of Major Gifts at the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago, and Vice President for External Affairs at Openlands. In each of these roles she contributed to the success of transformative campaigns ranging from $20 million to $140 million.
Nora is deeply committed to expanding access to critical human services. She serves on the board of CHAT (Communication, Health, Advocacy, & Therapy), a nonprofit dedicated to providing speech-language therapy for children in need. She is a proud graduate of Loyola University New Orleans, The Kellogg Executive Education Program in NonProfit Leadership and Major Gifts Fundraising, and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Program for Emerging Leaders.
