Marin brings more than a decade of expansive nonprofit experience. Given her wide variety of experiences at organizations of all sizes, she has the unique ability to help right-size the approach and help her clients build scalable fundraising campaigns. As a relationship-centric person at heart, one of her greatest strengths is engaging volunteers in capacity building.

Before joining Evolve, Marin worked as Associate Director of Women’s Philanthropy at the Jewish Federation of Northern New Jersey. She has also worked in fundraising positions at Tuesday’s Children, Urban Green Council, and Friends of the IDF. Prior to her fundraising career, Marin studied environmental issues in the U.S., India, and Israel. She is very passionate about the environment and understanding the built and natural world.
