Lisa brings nearly 40 years of experience in the nonprofit sector to her work with the Evolve fundraising team and its clients, specializing in strategic planning and board development for arts and culture, health, and human services organizations. She has worked with nonprofits of all sizes and stages to drive impactful change, leveraging her expertise in fundraising, organizational development, planning, board development, and leadership transitions. What sets Lisa apart is her exceptional ability to synthesize complex information, guiding and coaching nonprofit executives toward actionable solutions. 

Her extensive board development experience has made her a sought-after facilitator, sharing insights on building effective boards and implementing healthy governance practices. Clients appreciate her strong listening and organizational skills, optimism, and solutions-oriented mindset, enabling her to seamlessly navigate strategy and implementation. Lisa previously held roles as Executive Director for the Chicago Dance Coalition, Director of Arts DuPage for the DuPage Foundation, and Chief of Staff for the Uniting for Health Innovation Foundation. As a consultant, Lisa has conducted program evaluations for organizations like the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation and The Chicago Community Trust. 

Committed to community service, she serves on the board of the Glen Ellyn Children’s Resource Center and volunteers at the Glen Ellyn Food Pantry. Lisa holds a Master of Fine Arts from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Wisconsin.
