Lisa is a Senior Consultant at Evolve with a background in arts, education, philanthropy and association management. Lisa leads client projects with a focus on strategic planning, board development and fundraising.  She has spent three decades in the nonprofit sector, working with 100+ organizations of all sizes and stages of institutional development. Lisa joined the team in 2018.

As a nonprofit executive, Lisa has served as Executive Director for the Chicago Dance Coalition, Director for Arts DuPage for the DuPage Foundation, and Chief of Staff for the UFHI Foundation. As a consultant, she conducted program evaluations for the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation and The Chicago Community Trust, and served as a SmARTscope® consultant for the Arts & Business Council of Chicago. In 2011 and 2014, she served as an instructor for the Civic Knowledge Project Board Leadership Certificate through the University of Chicago Graham School of Continuing Liberal and Professional Studies. Lisa currently serves on the board of the Glen Ellyn Children’s Resource Center, a literacy organization providing after-school education and support services to low-income, immigrant and refugee children.
