Kayla joined Evolve Giving Group as a Senior Associate Consultant in January 2022, bringing 10+ years of experience supporting and managing private giving programs at nonprofit organizations. Through her skills in project management, campaign planning, donor relations, stewardship, event planning, and communications, Kayla engages and strengthens relationships between organizations and their supporters to raise funds that allow them to fulfill their mission and vision.

Kayla’s work history includes working in fundraising offices at the National Network to End Domestic Violence, University of Maryland, Children’s National Medical Center, and House of Ruth Maryland, Inc. In these roles, Kayla coordinated and provided support to individual giving programs, including moves management, major gifts, digital fundraising, event planning, database management, prospect research, and donor communications. She also has experience supporting corporate and foundation cultivation strategy, stewardship, and relationship management.
