As Senior Vice President of People & Projects, Judy is deeply grateful for the honor of guiding and supporting Evolve’s consultants, offering insight, possibility and strategic counsel to fundraising projects, and leading the Evolve team in alignment with its core values. Her favorite projects involve board governance and campaign development with passionate, dedicated leadership serving the greater good.

In nearly 30 years in the nonprofit space, including a dozen as a consultant, Judy has worked with 60+ organizations, learning how they operate, witnessing challenges and growth, and experiencing the transformative power that comes with access to knowledge, skills and resources. She strives each day to show up as the best version of herself, building trusting relationships from which anything is possible.
