Judy’s 30+ years of experience in the nonprofit sector make her a catalyst for growth and transformative impact. During her 15 years as a consultant, she has collaborated with over 100 organizations to craft strategic plans, advise board and professional leadership, and elevate fundraising capabilities, driving successful eight-figure capital and endowment campaigns. Judy’s work includes groundbreaking initiatives for prominent JCCs, synagogues, independent schools, camps, higher education institutions, and human service organizations.

At Evolve Giving Group, Judy oversees the Fundraising and Talent teams, bringing passion and purpose to every project. She also chairs the firm’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice committee to infuse social equity and justice into client engagements and internal team development. Her strategic approach resonates with today’s values-driven donors and empowers organizations to create lasting impact. With expertise honed through her earlier roles as a teacher, counselor, and caseworker at organizations like JFCS Chicago and Chicago Women’s Health Center, Judy bridges program and development teams seamlessly to maximize results.

Her community dedication extends beyond her professional work, serving on the boards of Neighbor by Neighbor and the Jewish Women’s Foundation of Metropolitan Chicago. Judy earned a Master of Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago, a Master of Science in Human Services Administration from the Spertus Institute of Jewish Studies, and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
