Jennifer brings over two decades of experience in fundraising, community development, and nonprofit management to her clients at Evolve. Fueled by a passion for creating a more equitable, inclusive, and just world, she specializes in strategic planning and annual, capital, and endowment campaign development. Jennifer delivers a strategic, adaptable, and empathetic approach that resonates deeply with her clients, who value her ability to drive results and foster meaningful change. Her portfolio includes Jewish day and independent schools, faith-based nonprofits, international organizations, and arts and culture institutions.

Her greatest strength lies in building strong, collaborative relationships with colleagues, volunteers, board members, and organizational stakeholders. As a former in-house development professional, Jennifer successfully led teams that generated over $30 million annually. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Annual Campaign at The Associated: Jewish Federation of Baltimore and held leadership roles at the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit and the Baltimore Child Abuse Center (now Lifebridge Health’s Center for Hope).

Jennifer actively contributes her skills as a volunteer for the National Council of Jewish Women Milwaukee Chapter. She holds a Master of Social Work and Certificate in Jewish Studies from the University of Michigan, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Social Welfare and Jewish Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
