Jamie brings nearly 15 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, programming, and executive search to her clients at Evolve. As a former in-house development professional, she understands the vital role strong leadership plays in advancing mission-driven organizations. Jamie oversees the firm’s executive search team and collaborates with C-Suite professionals and board members across North America, helping them build effective teams, assess staffing models, and develop team structures that drive results.
Known for her authenticity, work ethic, ability to build consensus, and hands-on approach, Jamie excels at placing top talent in chief executive, executive director, chief development, and director of development roles, particularly within Jewish, health and human service, and social service nonprofits. Before joining Evolve, Jamie led fundraising efforts as Director of Community Engagement-Midwest for BBYO and Director of Development-Southeast Region for Friends of the IDF. Jamie volunteers with FIDF and Nourishing Hope, one of Chicago's largest hunger relief organizations. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Environmental Science from the University of Alabama.
