Jamie brings over 25 years of nonprofit management expertise, fundraising experience, and a love of problem-solving to her work at Evolve. As the team’s Executive Vice President, she is responsible for the firm’s growth strategy, business development, marketing, and communications, driving both new client partnerships and deepening existing relationships. Jamie ensures that Evolve is able to serve as a lifecycle growth partner to its clients, playing a pivotal role in developing thought leadership initiatives and positioning Evolve as an industry leader.

Clients appreciate Jamie’s strategic vision and collaborative approach. She has first-hand experience securing transformational gifts and has raised hundreds of millions of dollars for capital and medical research campaigns. She values projects that help clients build major donor programs and strategies, and she develops systems and processes to support revenue growth.

Prior to her role as a consultant, Jamie held leadership positions in large, complex health, higher education, and human service institutions, including the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), Rush University Medical Center, Illinois Institute of Technology, and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Her volunteer work includes board positions and hands-on roles at the Oak Park Education Foundation, Purple Asparagus, Planned Parenthood of Chicago, and the Democratic Party of Oak Park. Jamie is a proud graduate of St. Olaf College.
