Iris brings 20 years of experience to her role as Director of Business Development, where she leads Evolve’s business development and sales strategy. Known for her adaptability and creative problem-solving, she works closely with the leadership team to align the firm’s priorities with its senior-level relationships and growth goals.

Throughout her career, Iris has cultivated high-value partnerships, secured transformational gifts ($1 million+), and advanced initiatives that have expanded organizational reach and revenue. She has deep knowledge of the education, social services, and healthcare sectors, giving her a strong understanding of the needs and dynamics of mission-driven organizations.

Prior to joining Evolve, Iris played a key role in The Wharton Business School’s Campaign for Wharton, helping to raise $80 million for the institution. Her background in business development, fundraising, and partnership-building allows her to navigate complex opportunities and build trust across diverse constituencies.

Outside of her professional work, Iris volunteers with the Just4Dust Foundation, a San Diego-based organization dedicated to providing scholarships for underserved youth. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Pennsylvania State University.
