Erin brings over a decade of nonprofit experience to her role as a Project Coordinator at Evolve. With a background in communications and psychology, she combines strong interpersonal skills with a deep understanding of how teams work best. Erin is known for her exceptional organization, attention to detail, and her ability to keep complex projects moving forward with clarity and ease. Erin is motivated by a genuine passion for helping others and strengthening mission-driven communities. She thrives in collaborative environments and takes pride in supporting teams as they work toward shared goals. Her approach is rooted in thoughtful communication, reliability, and a commitment to ensuring all partners feel supported and set up for success.

Prior to joining Evolve, Erin spent more than 10 years supporting nonprofit and educational organizations throughout Los Angeles. She most recently served as Operations & Advancement Manager at Jewish World Watch, where she supported advocacy and education efforts focused on genocide and atrocity prevention. Her earlier roles at Stephen Wise Temple, Kehillat Israel, and Wilshire Boulevard Temple allowed her to contribute across programmatic, operational, and community engagement functions. Erin also brings experience from Brentwood School, an independent school in Los Angeles. Together, these roles provided her with a strong foundation in project management, stakeholder coordination, and building relationships grounded in trust and collaboration.

Erin holds a BA in Communications with a Minor in Psychology. She is also actively involved in her local school community, currently serving as one of two Room Parents in her daughter’s classroom.
