Erin brings over 12 years of experience supporting projects in the higher education sector across the United States and Canada. In her role at Evolve, she is known for her thoughtful attention to detail and her ability to ensure that the small but critical elements of a project are executed seamlessly. Erin is driven by a genuine desire to support her team, creating systems and processes that make collaboration smoother and more effective.

Erin is especially passionate about meeting people where they are and taking the time to truly understand their needs. Her approach is grounded in active listening, empathy, and a commitment to helping others succeed. She takes pride in bringing a positive, uplifting energy to her work—finding ways to make her teammates smile while delivering high-quality, reliable support.

Outside of her role at Evolve, Erin volunteers with the SPCA of Texas and serves on the PTA Board at her local elementary school, continuing her commitment to supporting her community in meaningful ways.
