As a consultant with 15 years of nonprofit fundraising experience, Erika is an expert in helping nonprofit professionals and volunteers become confident relationship-builders and fundraisers. Erika's clients appreciate her sharp organizational skills, positivity, and enthusiasm for their work. Erika loves all things fundraising; she is a voracious reader and lifelong learner. Her work is rooted in practical and innovative solutions that are tailored to each organization.

Prior to consulting, Erika worked as Director of Development and Major Gift Officer at numerous organizations such as Roosevelt University, Feeding America, The Nature Conservancy and Chicago Opera Theater. She is a proud AmeriCorps-VISTA alumna. She serves as a current member of Lurie’s Children’s Research Fund Junior Board and served as a longtime board member of the Development Leadership Consortium. She is also a proud alumna of their annual fellows and management fellows programs.
