With expertise in fundraising, organizational development, and executive leadership, Emily guides Evolve’s clients from where they are to where they aspire to be. Her track record includes transformative achievements in capital and annual campaign development, program expansion, major gifts, and board development at faith-based institutions, Jewish communal organizations, and arts and culture nonprofits, underscoring her ability to drive meaningful impact.
Emily’s past leadership roles include launching new sites for Avodah: The Jewish Service Corps, Nextbook in Chicago, and serving as Executive Director at the Jewish Community Alliance of Southern Maine (JCA). At JCA, she led a transformative growth process, securing millions of dollars for capital projects and acquiring a new building site.
As co-founder and director of Camp Alsing, a residential camp for kids with high-functioning autism or other social challenges, Emily combined her operational expertise with her passion for inclusive programming. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is a graduate of Maine’s Institute for Civic Leadership Phi Class.
