With a background in fundraising, development, and nonprofit technology consulting, she has worked closely with organizations to build strong teams and sustainable talent strategies. As a former nonprofit professional, Dylan brings a practitioner’s perspective to her consulting, allowing her to connect authentically with clients and understand the unique challenges they face.

Prior to joining Evolve, Dylan served in Talent Acquisition at a Fortune 500 company, where she deepened her expertise in recruitment and team development before returning to her nonprofit roots. In her fundraising career, Dylan worked with organizations such as the Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles, Denver Academy of Torah, Weinstein JCC, and Yeshivat Shalshelet.

Dylan holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BS in Psychology and Child Development from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. She volunteers with the Staenberg-Loup Jewish Community Center and Alpha Epsilon Phi Sorority.
