Christina Bourné is an accomplished fundraising professional with experience in board and staff development, community-based fundraising, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) implementation, and strategic planning. During her 15-year career, her unique skillset has allowed her to work successfully with longstanding and emerging leaders in the arts and culture, education, youth services, and social justice sectors. 

As a dedicated community organizer, Christina focuses on building individual and organizational capacity through effective change management frameworks, pushing clients to move from rhetoric to responsibility with equity and sustainability at the forefront of their efforts. Whether helping to establish a new nonprofit or developing a growth strategy for an existing organization, she maintains a “people first” approach to every project.

Christina joined the Evolve team in 2021. In addition to her work with Evolve, she serves as the Director of Development for Forward Momentum Chicago, Board Chair of Awakenings Art, and Finance Committee member for the Joliet Arts Commission. Christina received her Bachelor of Arts degree in General Studies at Roosevelt University.
