Andrea brings 20+ years of proven expertise as a development professional and nonprofit executive to her clients at Evolve, driving transformational growth in the advocacy, Jewish communal, food justice, social service, and independent school sectors. With an executive leadership background and a focus on driving major gift development, she understands what it takes to build long-term success while navigating organizational constraints. 

Andrea is known for her ability to serve as a strategic advisor who listens closely to her clients’ needs. She delivers innovative solutions that amplify community impact and boost revenue streams. She also leads and designs fundraising teams for maximum success. Her in-house experience includes serving as Executive Director of Second Helpings Atlanta, Chief Development Officer for Meals on Wheels, Director of Development for the Anti-Defamation League’s (ADL) Southeast Region, and Annual Campaign and Special Events Manager at the Weber School in Atlanta.

Andrea has completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School (Driving Nonprofit Innovation and Impact) and Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management (Board Member Institute), which equipped her with cutting-edge strategies for helping her clients thrive. She holds a Juris Doctor degree from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Arts
