Amy is a seasoned nonprofit leader and fundraising consultant with nearly 35 years of experience helping mission-driven organizations achieve lasting impact. Known for her ability to guide individuals and teams toward meaningful results, Amy thrives at the intersection of strategic problem-solving, coaching, and relationship-building. She brings a passion for helping people and organizations identify and address challenges head-on, creating the conditions for long-term success. Her consulting is grounded in open communication and a deep commitment to equity and inclusion. Amy has been recognized for her thoughtful mentorship, passionate leadership, and her ability to offer constructive feedback that drives growth and alignment.
Prior to joining Evolve, Amy served as Executive Director of the Alpha Phi Foundation, where she led a record-breaking comprehensive campaign, Leading With Heart, which raised $43.5 million—surpassing its goal and engaging over 16,800 member donors, including more than 11,000 first-time donors. Her tenure there exemplifies her strengths in cultivating trust, fostering collaboration, and leading with clarity and empathy.
Amy holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Art History from Northwestern. She is a longtime member of the Northwestern University Council of One Hundred (C100), where she has served in various leadership roles. She currently contributes to the NVISION Committee, which educates and empowers C100 members in areas of Diversity, Inclusion, Equity, Justice, and Belonging. Amy is also an active volunteer with High Jump, which brings educational equity to middle-grade students in Chicago, and is a member of Chicago Women in Philanthropy.
