Yeshiva Har Torah is seeking a Director of Development who will design, develop and manage comprehensive short and long term development strategic plans and oversee all aspects of the Yeshiva’s development and fundraising efforts. This role involves planning, organizing, and directing various fundraising activities, including major gift cultivation and stewardship, annual, capital and endowment campaigns, special events, and planned giving. A focus on building and stewarding donors within the Yeshiva’s families and community and developing relationships with alumni, corporate and foundation leaders is critical.
Reporting to the Head of School, the Director of Development will also work closely with the Executive Director, CFO, Board of Directors and lay leaders.
