The Associated is seeking a Director of Development - Campaign, to manage and grow a significant major gifts portfolio. In this role, you will design and implement comprehensive donor stewardship strategies that align short, intermediate, and long-term philanthropic goals, including annual, supplemental, capital, and planned giving opportunities. The ideal candidates brings a strong track record in major gifts fundraising and a sophisticated understanding of donor identification, cultivation, engagement, and stewardship. This is a highly donor-facing position requiring excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to build trust-based relationships, and a collaborative approach to partnering with lay leaders.
