The ADL seeks a Senior Director of Principal Gifts & Philanthropic Strategy to build and lead a team as well as design and execute ADL’s principal giving strategy. Successful candidates will have principal giving experience, supervision and team leadership experience and thrive in a fast paced environment. The Senior Director will provide strategic leadership and management for a team of frontline fundraisers who identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward principal gift prospects as well as a prospect researcher and an events professional. Strong candidates will be solutions oriented strategic thinkers with exceptional relationship building skills, who demonstrate a deep understanding of major and principal gifts fundraising, and have a proven track record of securing transformational, high-level gifts ($500,000+).
