Overview

Roundglass (RG) is a global organization driven by “Wholistic Wellbeing. At the heart of RG lies a deep-seated commitment to giving. All ventures share a common mission: empowering individuals, enriching communities, and preserving a thriving planet. Roundglass Giving (Umbrella for Impact) integrates philanthropy, sustainability, and community engagement across its verticals: Giving addresses grassroots development;  Sustain fosters ecological consciousness; Sports empowers youth through play and competition; and India Global Connect (IGC) builds bridges for India’s global role.

RG develops programs and interventions for large-scale, community-driven development in the areas of health, environmental sustainability, equity and economic prosperity. At the close of a successful five-year pilot and due to increased demand for services, RG seeks a Leader of Development and Partnerships (LDP) to direct and expand its fundraising strategies, increase donor engagement and supervise a high-performing development team. Working closely with RG’s founder, the LDP will play a central role in ensuring the Foundation’s sustainability and impact for generations to come.

Supervising a national team, the LDP’s responsibilities include: designing and executing a comprehensive global fundraising strategy (including foundation, corporate, and individual support); representing RG’s interests at international events; cultivating high-level donor relationships; and overseeing grant submissions and donor reporting. Successful candidates will bring demonstrated success in international fundraising, the ability to manage complex metrics and compliance structures, and a deep alignment with RG’s mission to create scalable, sustainable impact. The Foundation is open to candidates from both nonprofit and for-profit sectors.
