The Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County (JFPBC) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming, inspiring, and saving lives in the PalmBeaches and 70 countries around the world. JFPBC seeks a Director for the Jewish Women’s Foundation (JWF). An operating program of Women’s Philanthropy, JWF strengthens Federation's role as the local community's center for innovative philanthropic programs, enhancing Women'sPhilanthropy's capacity to adapt to emerging philanthropic trends. JWF focuses on growing donor interest in giving circles, giving through a Jewish lens and engaging with constituents on a deeper and more profound level.
Reporting to the Vice President for Women’s Philanthropy, the Director will partner with JWF leadership to plan and execute grant making, oversee JWF financial activity, administer financial policies, implement programming, engage, and recruit new JWF Trustees. Successful candidates will foster a strong sense of teamwork with donors, lay leaders, and colleagues, to promote a spirit of collective enterprise, and upholding a shared commitment to Federation’s organizational goals.
