Overview

The Home Centered Care Institute (HCCI) is a national nonprofit organization, founded in 2014 by Dr. Thomas Cornwell, focused on scaling home-based primary care and bringing it into the healthcare mainstream. In addition to being an authoritative source for clinical and operational best practices for house call programs, HCCI is advancing the field through education, consulting, research, and advocacy. HCCI is changing the way healthcare is delivered to millions of medically complex and chronically ill Americans by leading the transformational scaling of home-based primary care through a far-reaching array of programming accomplished through workforce education and training, research on quality and best practices, advocacy around healthcare payer reform and program development.

HCCI is seeking a Development Manager to oversee all aspects of the Institute’s fundraising, including annual campaign, individual giving, donor stewardship, cultivation, and marketing efforts. Reporting to the President/COO and supported by a part-time grant writer and board development consultant, the individual in this role will be able to effectively implement a multi-faceted annual fund and individual giving program by developing relationships that foster and sustain a culture of philanthropy and stewardship across the Institute.

Home Centered Care Institute is committed to diversity in the workplace and is an equal-opportunity employer.
