Lanetta M. Gilder

Lanetta joined the Evolve Team in 2022 and has been working full time in nonprofits for over 15 years and part-time as a consultant assisting nonprofits with their database needs for over 6 years. Lanetta has worked on fundraising teams in a variety of sectors such as healthcare, physical sciences, social services, Catholic education, private school education, higher education and foundations. Recently, she has worked as a database consultant for Volunteers of America Chesapeake and Project Lyme, an auction coordinator for Mayme Carmichael School Organization and a database consultant and auction consultant for Carpenter’s Shelter.

In her various roles, Lanetta has been responsible for data management and technical aspects of a variety of donor management systems. Lanetta is an expert in all things database; she has served as liaison between software providers and internal financial departments, written and revised operation manuals and user guides, and serves as a “super user” and staff trainer at a variety of nonprofits. Lanetta is a member of the Association for Fundraising Professionals and she is Blackbaud Certified. In addition to her work with Evolve, Lanetta also works full time as a Raiser’s Edge Database Manager.
