Judy Rosen is a fundraising and development consultant with 30+ years of experience. She is a jack of all trades in fundraising, with robust experience in everything from campaign development to grants management to executive leadership. Clients love that Judy is warm, personable, and a great listener with strong strategic and leadership skills. One of her areas of expertise is serving as an interim leader during times of crisis or transition at nonprofits. Her Jewish clients appreciate her ability to blend her deep knowledge of Jewish values with effective fundraising strategies. 

Over the last several decades, Judy has worked at a wide variety of organizations including Jewish National Fund, AIPAC, Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and ORT America. A member of the Giving Tree team for over three years, Judy is excited to join her former colleagues at Evolve. She has served in leadership positions at her home congregation, Temple Beth-El, Solomon Schechter Day School of Metropolitan Chicago, Hebrew Union College, Israel Connect and JARC-FL.
