With over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors, Jami has a passion for connecting her clients with resources and tools to actualize their potential. She forges trusting and mutually meaningful relationships between causes, funders, partners, and stakeholders while identifying and harnessing opportunities for organizational growth and change. As a consultant at Evolve, Jami’s clients range from executive search to coaching to strategic planning and fundraising.
Prior to joining Evolve in 2021, Jami previously held a number of nonprofit leadership positions in both grantmaking and financial resource development, including at Glazer Philanthropies, IKAR, Birthright Israel Foundation, UCLA, Jewish Federation of Los Angeles, and JVS SoCal. She has guided a range of startup, mid-sized, and legacy organizations, empowering them to hone their missions and scale their impact.
