Position Overview: The Managing Director of Talent Services reports to Evolve’s President & CEO and is a member of Evolve’s Leadership Team. The Managing Director is responsible for overseeing and driving growth for the Evolve Talent suite of services. Alongside the CEO and Executive Vice President, the Managing Director will expand the visibility, profitability and growth of Evolve Talent through the development of a clear vision for the service line and execution of a corresponding business development and marketing strategy. The Managing Director will oversee the work of the Talent team and ensure quality service delivery to Evolve Talent clients. The Managing Director will also lead their own search projects with nonprofit clients.
The ideal candidate will have extensive nonprofit management experience, including but not limited to recruiting, hiring, supervising, and developing professional teams, major gift fundraising, operations, board and leadership development, events, and/or strategic planning. Previous executive recruiting experience is preferred, as is a track record of successfully meeting and exceeding financial goals and building and managing a growing team in a senior management role. The Evolve team works in a remote environment and this role requires occasional evening and weekend meetings.
